In case of support queries, it would be advisable to bring the unit to our outlet in Marsaskala to undergo the required testing and inspection.

We offer a 2 year warranty on any manufacturing defects on all of our products.
If you have a SUP, inflatable kayak or dinghy that you want fixed, send us an email on support@ritzmarine.com with all the necessary information.

Photo of receipt and date of purchase (if purchased from us)
